I am 58 and have 37 years of martial experience. I teach traditional Chinese arts and Muay Thai. In the Japanese arts I have experience in Toyama Ryu. I was taking MSR in person, but had to move to Alaska. I live in one of the most remote cities on earth! This course has been a life saver for me in my continuation of study. I have actually met people from all over and everyone is helpful. I highly recommend and as a traditionalist, if it did not pass the test–I would say so.
